Cleanse and Detox Diet Or LifeStyle Change?

You have heard me say that a cleanse or a detox is not just about drinking mixes and shakes. It involves taking in the right nutrients and eliminating wastes and toxins. It boils down to a change or a shift to a more mindful and healthy way of treating your body.

Here’s a video by Dr Vincent Bellonzi.  He has a no nonsense, straightforward explanation on his view of natural lbody detox. Watch it and see if you agree with him.

If you want to do a proper detox, there are some good resource here. It walks you through what food to eat, the benefits of each type of food and how to ease into and come out of a detox plan.

This is not about quick fixes or magic bullets. Treat your body well and it will heal itself. Give it the fuel it needs so it can function properly for you.
